and 76.91.

II. Further Information
The Subcommittee will review draft
regulatory guides (DG), entitled,
‘‘Conducting Periodic Testing for
Breakaway Oxidation Behavior,’’
temporarily identified by task number,
DG–1261; ‘‘Testing for Postquench
Ductility,’’ temporarily identified by task
number, DG–1262; and ‘‘Establishing
Analytical Limits for Zirconium Based
Alloy Cladding,’’ temporarily identified
by task number, DG–1263. The
Subcommittee will hear presentations
by and hold discussions with the NRC
staff and other interested persons
regarding this matter. These DGs are
being made publicly available to
provide awareness to the public
regarding the staff position, so they can
effectively participate in the ACRS
meeting. The NRC is not soliciting
comments at this time, but will address
any comments during the scheduled
public comment period later in the year.
A FR notice will be issued requesting
public participation at that time. The

ML111100391. The Subcommittee will
gather information, analyze relevant
issues and facts, and formulate
proposed positions and actions, as
appropriate, for deliberation by the Full
Committee.
Members of the public desiring to
provide oral statements and/or written
comments should notify the Designated
Federal Official (DFO), Christopher
Brown (Telephone 301–415–7111 or
e-mail: Christopher.Brown@nrc.gov) five
days prior to the meeting, if possible, so
that appropriate arrangements can be
made. Thirty-five hard copies of each
presentation or handout should be
provided to the DFO thirty minutes
before the meeting. In addition, one
