(‘‘the Act’’), LiMo Foundation (‘‘LiMo’’) has filed written notifications simultaneously with the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission disclosing changes in its membership. The notifications were filed for the purpose of extending the Act’s provisions limiting the recovery of antitrust plaintiffs to actual damages under specified circumstances. Specifically, Mutecsoft Corporation, Seoul, REPUBLIC OF KOREA, have been added as a party to this venture. Also, SFR Enterprises, Paris, FRANCE, has withdrawn as a party to this venture. No other changes have been made in either the membership or planned activity of the group research project. Membership in this group research project remains open, and LiMo intends to file additional written notifications disclosing all changes in membership. On March 1, 2007, LiMo filed its original notification pursuant to Section 6(a) of the Act. The Department of Justice published a notice in the Federal Register pursuant to Section 6(b) of the Act on April 9, 2007 (72 FR 17583). The last notification was filed with the Department on November 2, 2010. A notice was published in the Federal Register pursuant to Section 6(b) of the Act on December 17, 2010 (75 FR 79025).     Notice is hereby given that, on March 21, 2011, pursuant to Section 
6(a) of the National Cooperative Research and Production Act of 1993, 
15 U.S.C. 4301 et seq. (``the Act''), Petroleum Industry Data Exchange, 
Inc. (``PIDX'') has filed written notifications simultaneously with the 
Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission disclosing (1) the 
name and principal place of business of the standards development 
organization and (2) the nature and scope of its standards development 
activities. The notifications were filed for the purpose of invoking 
the Act's provisions limiting the recovery of antitrust plaintiffs to 
actual damages under specified circumstances.
    Pursuant to Section 6(b) of the Act, the name and principal place 
of business of the standards development organization is: Petroleum 
Industry Data Exchange, Inc., Houston, TX. The nature and scope of 
PIDX's standards development activities are: to develop and publish 
technology, information and business process standards that allow the 
implementation of electronic commerce in the energy industry on a 
worldwide basis.
