Title: Developmental Disabilities
Annual Protection and Advocacy
Systems Program Performance Report.
OMB No.: 0980–0160.
Description: This information
collection is required by Federal statute.
Each State Protection and Advocacy
System must prepare and submit a
program Performance Report for the
preceding fiscal year of activities and
accomplishments and of conditions in
the State. The information in the
Annual Report will be aggregated into a
national profile of Protection and
Advocacy Systems. It will also provide
the Administration on Developmental
Disabilities (ADD) with an overview of
program trends and achievements and
will enable ADD to respond to
administration and congressional
requests for specific information on
program activities. This information
will also be used to submit a Centennial
Report to Congress as well as to comply
with requirements in the Government
Performance and Results Act of 1993.

ACTION:
Notice; correction.
The Food and Drug
Administration (FDA) published a
document in the Federal Register of
March 2, 2011 (76 FR 11490), providing
notice of the voluntary withdrawal of
approval of eight new animal drug
applications (NADAs). That document
contained an error in the preamble. FDA
is correcting the name and address for
the sponsor of five of the NADAs. This
correction is being made to improve the
accuracy of the Federal Register.
