Committee will meet on May 12, 2011,

advises the Office of the Assistant
Secretary for Export Administration
with respect to technical questions that
affect the level of export controls
applicable to materials and related
technology.

proposed agency action as described in
5 U.S.C. 552b(c)(9)(B) shall be exempt

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
Background
On October 1, 2010, the Department
initiated and the ITC instituted sunset
reviews of the antidumping duty orders1
on carbon steel butt-weld pipe fittings
from Brazil, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand,
and the PRC pursuant to section 751(c)
of the Act. See Notice of Initiation.
As a result of these sunset reviews,
the Department determined that
