Program Assets means any assets,
goods or property (real, tangible or
intangible) purchased or financed in
whole or in part (directly or indirectly)
by MCC Funding.
Program Funding has the meaning
provided in Section 2.1.
Program Guidelines means
collectively the Audit Guidelines, the
MCC Environmental Guidelines, the
MCC Gender Policy, the Governance
Guidelines, the MCC Program
Procurement Guidelines, the Reporting
Guidelines, the MCC Policy for
Monitoring and Evaluation of Compacts
and Threshold Programs, the MCC Cost
Principles for Government Affiliates
Involved in Compact Implementation
(including any successor to any of the
foregoing) and any other guidelines,
policies or guidance papers relating to
the administration of MCC-funded
compact programs and as from time to
time published on the MCC Web site.
Program Implementation Agreement
and PIA have the meaning provided in
Section 3.1.
Program Objective has the meaning
provided in Section 1.2.
Project has the meaning provided in
Section 1.3.
Project Cooperation Agreement has
the meaning provided in paragraph 4 of
Part C of Annex I.
Project Objective has the meaning
provided in Section 1.3.
Project Partner has the meaning
provided in paragraph 4 of Part C of
Annex I.
Provider has the meaning provided in
Section 3.7(c).
REA has the meaning provided in
paragraph 2(b)(iii) of Part B of Annex I.
Reporting Guidelines means the MCC

SBM Plan has the meaning provided

Social and Gender Integration Plan
has the meaning provided in paragraph
3 of Part B of Annex I.
Supplemental Agreement means any
agreement between (a) the Government
(or any Government affiliate) and MCC
(including, but not limited to, the PIA),
or (b) MCC and/or the Government (or
any Government affiliate), on the one
hand, and any third party, on the other
hand, including any of the Providers, in
each case, setting forth the details of any
funding, implementing or other
arrangements in furtherance of this
Compact.
Target has the meaning provided in
paragraph 3(a) of Annex III.
Tariff Indexation Framework has the
meaning provided in paragraph 2(b)(i)
of Part B of Annex I.
Tax Schedules has the meaning
provided in Section 2.8(b).
Taxes has the meaning provided in
Section 2.8(a).
Turnaround Facility has the meaning
provided in Section 7.2(d).
United States Dollars or US$ means
the lawful currency of the United States
of America.
USAID is the United States Agency for
International Development.
