households. USCIS uses the information

petitioners the opportunity to request
faster processing of certain employmentbased petitions and applications.

estimated for an average respondent to
respond:
• Filing by Mail: 96,000 responses at
30 minutes (.50) per response.
• Electronically: 4,000 responses at
20 minutes (.333) per response.
(6) An estimate of the total public

collection: 49,332 annual burden hours.
