On March 31, 2010, EPA received a petition from Earthjustice requesting that all uses of iodomethane (methyl iodide) be suspended and cancelled. The Agency is posting this petition for public comment. Following the public comment period, EPA will evaluate the petitioner’s request, consistent with the statutory standards set forth in the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act. Nature and Extent of Confidentiality: There is no need for confidentiality. However, if respondents wish to request that their information be withheld from public inspection, they may do so under 47 CFR 0.459 of the Commission’s rules. Needs and Uses: The Commission will submit this revised information collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) after this comment period to obtain the three year clearance from them. The Commission is reporting a 6 hour increase and a $600 annual cost increase. The reason for the increase is that the Commission is merging the burden estimates together into one comprehensive experimental authorization application information collection. The Commission currently has OMB approval for FCC Form 702 under OMB Control Number 3060–0068 and for FCC Form 703 under OMB Control Number 3060–0053.
