On March 31, 2010, EPA
received a petition from Earthjustice
requesting that all uses of iodomethane
(methyl iodide) be suspended and
cancelled. The Agency is posting this
petition for public comment. Following
the public comment period, EPA will
evaluate the petitioner’s request,
consistent with the statutory standards
set forth in the Federal Insecticide,
Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act.

increase. The reason for the increase is
that the Commission is merging the
burden estimates together into one
comprehensive experimental
authorization application information
collection.
The Commission currently has OMB
approval for FCC Form 702 under OMB
Control Number 3060–0068 and for FCC
Form 703 under OMB Control Number
3060–0053. The Commission is revising
this information collection (IC) to merge
FCC Form 702 into this collection.
