SUMMARY: This notice announces that pesticide related information 
submitted to EPA's Office of Pesticide Programs (OPP) pursuant to the 
Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) and the 
Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), including information 
that may have been claimed as Confidential Business Information (CBI) 
by the submitter, will be transferred to Summitec Corporation in

Corporation has been awarded a contract to perform work for OPP, and

II. Contractor Requirements

    Under these contract numbers, the contractor will perform the 
following: Support OPP and Agency position documents, review the 
scientific technical assessments of potential hazards, exposures, and 
risks of pesticides and their components to human health and the 
environment. In addition, the contractor shall create Data Evaluation 
Records including converting information such as the materials and 
methods of a study into a format specified by the Program Office 
including secondary and Quality Assurance (QA) contractor reviews, as 
specified. The contractor may be tasked to draft risk assessments, 
final rules for tolerances or tolerance exemptions, and regulatory 
documents such as Biopesticide Regulatory Action Documents. This 
contract involves no subcontractors.

will be secured and protected against unauthorized release or 
compromise. No information will be provided to Summitec Corporation 
until the requirements in this document have been fully satisfied. 
Records of information provided to Summitec Corporation will be 
maintained by EPA Project Officers for these contracts. All information 
supplied to Summitec Corporation by EPA for use in connection with 
these contracts will be returned to EPA when Summitec Corporation has 
completed its work.
