2011. The annual report for reporting
years 2011 and beyond must be
submitted no later than March 31 of
each calendar year for GHG emissions in
the previous calendar year. As an
example, for a facility or supplier that
is subject to the rule in calendar year
2011, the annual report must be
submitted on March 31, 2012.
