(Enogex) filed pursuant to Exhibit A to
its Operating Conditions Applicable to
Transportation Services (SOC) and
section 284.123(e) of the Commission’s
regulations, to revise its annual fuel
percentages and to permanently change
the annual filing date as more fully
described in the filing.
Any person desiring to participate in
this rate filing must file in accordance
with Rules 211 and 214 of the
Commission’s Rules of Practice and
