soliciting public comments on the
subject proposal.
This information is required by the
grant application to assist the
Department in selecting the Department
in selecting the highest ranked
applicants to receive funds under the
Section 3 Program Implementation and
Coordination NOFA. The information
collected from quarterly and final
progress reports will enable the
Department to evaluate the performance
of agencies that receive funding and
determine the effectiveness of the
funding for increasing the capacity of
