Judgment.
F. No information or documents
obtained by the means provided in this
section shall be divulged by the United
States or the State of Texas to any
Person other than an authorized
representative of (1) the executive
branch of the United States or (2) the
Office of the Texas Attorney General,
except in the course of legal proceedings
to which the United States or the Office
of the Texas Attorney General is a party
(including grand jury proceedings), or
for the purpose of securing compliance
with this Final Judgment, or as
otherwise required by law.
G. If at the time information or
documents are furnished by Defendant
to the United States or the State of
Texas, Defendant represents and
identifies in writing the material in any
such information or documents to
which a claim of protection may be
asserted under Rule 26(c)(1)(G) of the
Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and
Defendant marks each pertinent page of
such material, ‘‘Subject to claim of
protection under Rule 26(c)(1)(G) of the
Federal Rules of Civil Procedure,’’ then
the United States and the State of Texas
shall give Defendant fourteen days’
notice prior to divulging such material
in any legal proceeding (other than a
grand jury proceeding), except as
otherwise required by law or court
order.
VIII. Retention of Jurisdiction
This Court retains jurisdiction to
enable any party to this Final Judgment
to apply to this Court at any time for
further orders and directions as may be
necessary or appropriate to carry out or
construe this Final Judgment, to modify
any of its provisions, to enforce
compliance, and to punish violations of
its provisions.
IX. Expiration of Final Judgment
Unless this Court grants an extension,
this Final Judgment shall expire seven
years from the date of its entry.
X. Public-Interest Determination

Entry of this Final Judgment is in the
public interest. The parties have
complied with the requirements of the
Antitrust Procedures and Penalties Act,
15 U.S.C. 16, including making copies
available to the public of this Final
Judgment, the Competitive Impact
Statement, any comments thereon, and
the United States’ response to
comments. Based upon the record
before the Court, which includes the
Competitive Impact Statement and any
comments and response to comments
filed with the Court, entry of this Final
Judgment is in the public interest.
This
meeting is open to the public. Due to
security measures, however, members of
the public who wish to attend this
meeting must register with Mr. J. Patrick
McCreary at the above address at least
(7) days in advance of the meeting.
Registrations will be accepted on a

The GAC will act as the focal point for
justice information systems integration
activities to help facilitate development
and coordination of national policy,
practices, and technical solutions in
support of the Administration’s justice
priorities.
The GAC will guide and monitor the
development of the Global information
sharing concept. It will advise the
Assistant Attorney General, OJP; the
Attorney General; the President
(through the Attorney General); and
local, state, tribal, and federal
policymakers. The GAC will also
advocate for strategies for
accomplishing a Global information
sharing capability.
Interested persons whose registrations
have been accepted may be permitted to
participate in the discussions at the
discretion of the meeting chairman and
with approval of the DFE.
