ACTION:
Pursuant to the authorities in
the Federal Advisory Committee Act
(Pub. L. 92–463) and under the Secure
Rural Schools and Community SelfDetermination Act of 2000, as amended,
(Pub. L. 110–343), the Boise, Payette,
Salmon-Challis, and Sawtooth National
Forests’ Southwest Idaho Resource
Advisory Committee will conduct a
business meeting. The meeting is open
to the public.
DATES: Thursday, March 17, 2011,
beginning at 9 a.m.

broadcasting services; receive a budget
update, an East Asia trip report, and a

International Broadcasting Bureau;
receive and consider a report from the
BBG Strategy and Budget Committee on
the status of the current regional
reviews, including Africa and Latin
America; and receive and consider a
report from the BBG Governance
Committee on matters pertaining to
committee administrative matters, board
operations and responsibilities, grantee
oversight, entity authority, and
interaction with non-USIB entities. The
