Abstract: CBP Form I–408, Application to Pay Off or Discharge an Alien Crewman, is used as an application by the owner, agent, consignee, charterer, master, or commanding officer of any vessel or aircraft arriving in the United States to obtain permission from the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security to pay off or discharge an alien crewman. The form is submitted to the CBP officer having jurisdiction over the area in which the vessel or aircraft is located at the time of application. This form is authorized by Section 256 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1286) and provided for 8 CFR 252.1(h). SUMMARY: The National Geospatial Advisory Committee (NGAC) will meet on 
March 17-18, 2011 at the American Institute of Architects Building, 
1735 New York Avenue, NW., Washington, DC 20006. The meeting will be 
held in the Gallery Room. The NGAC, which is composed of 
representatives from governmental, private sector, non-profit, and 
academic organizations, was established to advise the Federal 
Geographic Data Committee on management of Federal geospatial programs, 
the development of the National Spatial Data Infrastructure, and the
