SUMMARY:
In the
Federal Register of December 14, 2006
(71 FR 75168), the Agency announced
that the proposed information collection
had been submitted to OMB for review
and clearance under 44 U.S.C. 3507. An
Agency may not conduct or sponsor,
and a person is not required to respond
to, a collection of information unless it
displays a currently valid OMB control
number. OMB has now approved the
information collection and has assigned
OMB control number 0910–0651. The
approval expires on December 31, 2011.

The Food and Drug Administration
(FDA) is announcing an amendment to
the notice of a meeting of the Tobacco
Products Scientific Advisory
Committee. This meeting was
announced in the Federal Register of
January 26, 2011 (76 FR 4705). The
amendment is being made to reflect a
change in the Date and Time, Agenda,
Procedures, and Closed Committee
Deliberations portions of the document.

Subcommittee and (2) receive and
discuss presentations regarding the data
requested by the Committee at the

Procedure: On March 2, 2011, from
10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., the meeting is open
to the public. Interested persons may
present data, information, or views,
orally or in writing, on issues pending
before the committee. Written

person on or before February 15, 2011.
Oral presentations from the public will
be scheduled between approximately 2
p.m. and 3 p.m. on March 2, 2011.

the speakers for the scheduled open

the Closed Committee Deliberations
portion is changed to read as follows:
Closed Committee Deliberations: On
March 2, 2011, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.,
the meeting will be closed to permit
discussion and review of trade secret
and/or confidential commercial
information (5 U.S.C. 552b(c)(4)). This
portion of the meeting must be closed
because the Committee will be
discussing confidential data provided
by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
and the tobacco industry.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: In
accordance with 24 CFR part 581 and
section 501 of the Stewart B. McKinney
Homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C.
11411), as amended, HUD is publishing
this Notice to identify Federal buildings
and other real property that HUD has
reviewed for suitability for use to assist
the homeless. The properties were
reviewed using information provided to
HUD by Federal landholding agencies
regarding unutilized and underutilized
buildings and real property controlled
by such agencies or by GSA regarding
its inventory of excess or surplus
Federal property. This Notice is also
published in order to comply with the
December 12, 1988 Court Order in
National Coalition for the Homeless v.
Veterans Administration, No. 88–2503–
OG (D.D.C.).
Properties reviewed are listed in this
Notice according to the following
categories: Suitable/available, suitable/
unavailable, suitable/to be excess, and
unsuitable. The properties listed in the
three suitable categories have been
reviewed by the landholding agencies,
and each agency has transmitted to
HUD: (1) Its intention to make the
property available for use to assist the
homeless, (2) its intention to declare the
property excess to the agency’s needs, or
(3) a statement of the reasons that the
property cannot be declared excess or
made available for use as facilities to
assist the homeless.
Properties listed as suitable/available
will be available exclusively for
homeless use for a period of 60 days
from the date of this Notice. Where
property is described as for ‘‘off-site use
only’’ recipients of the property will be
required to relocate the building to their
own site at their own expense.
Homeless assistance providers
interested in any such property should
send a written expression of interest to
HHS, addressed to Theresa Rita,
Division of Property Management,
