General Description of Collection: Respondents must establish and maintain procedures designed to assure and monitor their compliance with the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act and the implementing regulations promulgated by the Department of Treasury at 31 CFR part 103. Respondents must also provide training for appropriate personnel. AGENCY: The General Services Administration (GSA) will prepare an Environmental Assessment (EA) that will analyze and discuss the environmental impacts of renovations of the Charles F. Prevedel Federal Building and demolition of buildings 100, 101, and 102 at the Federal Records Center, Page Complex, located in Overland, Missouri. Through the project, GSA proposes to relocate Federal tenants into the Charles F. Prevedel Federal Building. The Page Federal Complex is located at 9700 Page Blvd., Overland, Missouri, which is in Missouri’s 1st Congressional District. In the EA, GSA will discuss impacts that could occur as a result of the construction and operation of the proposed project. GSA will also evaluate the ‘‘No Action’’ and other reasonable alternatives to the proposed project, or portions of the project, and consider how to lessen or avoid impacts on the various resource areas.
