Abstract: CBP Form I–418 is
prescribed by the Department of
Homeland Security, Customs and
Border Protection (CBP), for use by
masters, owners, or agents of vessels in
complying with Sections 231 and 251 of
the Immigration and Nationality Act
(INA). This form is filled out upon
arrival of any person by commercial
vessel at any port within the United
States from any place outside the United
States. The master or commanding
officer of the vessel is responsible for
providing CBP officers at the port of
arrival with lists or manifests of the
persons on board such conveyances.
CBP is working to allow for electronic
submission of the information on CBP
Form I–418. This form is provided for
in 8 CFR 251.1, 251.3, and 251.4. A
copy of CBP Form I–418 can be found
at https://forms.cbp.gov/pdf/
CBP_Form_I418.pdf.
Current Actions: This submission is
being made to extend the expiration
date with no change to information
collected or to CBP Form I–418.

Notice is hereby given that,
pursuant to 19 CFR 151.12 and 19 CFR
151.13, SGS North America, Inc., 99
Castle Coakley, Christiansted, St. Croix,
VI 00820, has been approved to gauge
and accredited to test petroleum and
petroleum products for customs
purposes in accordance with the
provisions of 19 CFR 151.12 and 19 CFR
151.13. Anyone wishing to employ this
entity to conduct laboratory analyses
and gauger services should request and
receive written assurances from the
entity that it is accredited or approved
by the U.S. Customs and Border
Protection to conduct the specific test or
gauger service requested. Alternatively,
inquires regarding the specific test or
gauger service this entity is accredited
or approved to perform may be directed
to the U.S. Customs and Border
