Pursuant to section 10(a) of the
Federal Advisory Committee Act, as
amended (5 U.S.C. App.), notice is
hereby given of a meeting of the
Advisory Committee on Research on
Women’s Health.
The meeting will be open to the
public, with attendance limited to space
available. Individuals who plan to
attend and need special assistance, such
as sign language interpretation or other
reasonable accommodations, should
notify the Contact Person listed below
in advance of the meeting.

Agenda: The purpose of the meeting will

recommendations regarding ORWH
activities; to meet the mandates of the office;
and for discussion of scientific issues.

unutilized, underutilized, excess, and
surplus Federal property reviewed by
HUD for suitability for possible use to
assist the homeless.

court order in National Coalition for the
Homeless v. Veterans Administration,

publishes a Notice, on a weekly basis,
identifying unutilized, underutilized,
excess and surplus Federal buildings
and real property that HUD has
reviewed for suitability for use to assist
the homeless. Today’s Notice is for the
purpose of announcing that no
additional properties have been
determined suitable or unsuitable this
week.

The Rural
Housing and Economic Development
program was authorized by the
Department of Veterans Affairs, Housing
and Urban Development and
Independent Agencies Appropriations
Act of 1999. The competition was
announced in the Federal Register (FR
Doc. E9–10186) on May 4, 2009.
Applications were rated and selected for
funding on the basis of selection criteria
contained in that notice.
The Catalog of Federal Domestic
Assistance number for this the Rural
Housing and Economic Development
program is 14.250. The Rural Housing
and Economic Development Program is
designed to build capacity at the State
and local level for rural housing and
economic development and to support
innovative housing and economic
development activities in rural areas.
