spent fuel storage and transportation
packaging licensing actions.’’ This ISG
document would provide guidance to
the NRC staff when reviewing licensee
integrated safety analyses, license or

pursuant to an amendment to Priority
Mail Contract 7.1 The Notice includes
three attachments: Attachment A, a

39 U.S.C. 3633(a); and Attachment C, an
