There will also be a panel discussion with the members of the VA Gulf War Steering Committee and VA researchers.     The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) gives notice under Public 
Law 92-463 (Federal Advisory Committee Act) that the Research Advisory 
Committee on Gulf War Veterans' Illnesses will meet on February 28-
March 1, 2011. On February 28, the meeting will be held in room 230 at

Washington, DC, from 8 a.m. until 3:15 p.m. On March 1, the meeting 
will be held in room 1143 of the Lafayette Building, 811 Vermont 
Avenue, NW., Washington, DC, from 8 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. The meeting is 
open to the public.
    The purpose of the Committee is to provide advice and make
