SUMMARY: As required by 43 CFR 2650.7(d), notice is hereby given that 
an appealable decision will be issued by the Bureau of Land Management 
(BLM) to Ahtna, Incorporated. The decision approves conveyance of the 
surface and subsurface estates in the lands described below pursuant to 
the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act. The lands are in the vicinity 
of Mentasta Lake, Alaska, and are located in:

Copper River Meridian, Alaska

T. 11 N., R. 7 E.,
    Secs. 1 to 18, inclusive;
    Secs. 19 to 24, inclusive, those lands lying north of the 
highway right-of-way.
