AGENCY: The Northeast Fisheries Science Center (NEFSC), in cooperation with the New England Fishery Management Council (Council) will convene a webinar for Council members and the public to review and consider recommendations from the NEFSC Science and Research Director and Northeast Regional Administrator regarding the allocation and prioritization of at-sea observer coverage for April 2011 through March 2012. scheduling a public meeting of its Research Steering Committee 
(Committee), in February 2011, to consider actions affecting New 
England fisheries in the exclusive economic zone (EEZ). Recommendations 
from this group will be brought to the full Council for formal 
consideration and action, if appropriate.
