request for public comment.
AGENCY:
We, the U.S. Fish and
Wildlife Service (Service), announce a
public business meeting of the U.S.
Coral Reef Task Force (USCRTF) on
February 24, 2011, and a request for
written comments. This meeting, the
25th biannual meeting of the USCRTF,
provides a forum for coordinated
planning and action among Federal
agencies, State and territorial
governments, and nongovernmental
partners. Please register in advance by
visiting the Web site under
SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION. Advance
public comment must be submitted by
February 19, 2011, to Liza Johnson at
the e-mail, fax, or mailing address listed
below. This meeting has time allotted
for sharing of in-person public
comments, which must be submitted in

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
Established by Presidential Executive
Order 13089 in 1998, the USCRTF has
a mission to lead, coordinate, and
strengthen U.S. government actions to
better preserve and protect coral reef
ecosystems. The Departments of
Commerce and the Interior co-chair the
USCRTF, whose members include
leaders of 12 Federal agencies, 7 U.S.
States and territories, and 3 freely
associated States. For more information
about the meeting, draft agendas, and
how to register, go to https://
www.coralreef.gov. A written summary
of the meeting will be posted on the
Web site within 2 months after the
meeting.
Public Comments
Comments may address the meeting,
the role of the USCRTF, or general coral
reef conservation issues.

Fishing and Boating Partnership
Council will hold a meeting on
Thursday, March 3, 2011, from 1 p.m.
to 5 p.m., and Friday, March 4, 2011,
from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Eastern time).
SUMMARY:
Background
The Council was formed in January
1993 to advise the Secretary of the
Interior, through the Director, U.S. Fish
and Wildlife Service, on nationally
significant recreational fishing, boating,
and aquatic resource conservation
issues. The Council represents the
interests of the public and private
sectors of the sport fishing, boating, and
conservation communities and is
organized to enhance partnerships
among industry, constituency groups,
and government. The 18-member
Council, appointed by the Secretary of
the Interior, includes the Director of the
Service and the president of the
Association of Fish and Wildlife
Agencies, who both serve in ex officio
