SUMMARY: This action withdraws the NPRM published in the Federal 
Register on November 29, 2010, which proposed to establish Class E 
airspace at Lunenburg County Airport, Kenbridge, VA. The NPRM is being 
withdrawn as a portion of the proposed airspace was not included. A new 
rulemaking will be forthcoming to correctly establish the new airspace.
