regulations, 18 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) part 380 (Order No. 
486, 52 Federal Register [FR] 47897), the Office of Energy Projects has 
reviewed East Texas Electric Cooperative, Inc.'s (the Cooperative's) 
application for license for the Lake Livingston Hydroelectric Project 
(FERC Project No. 12632-002), located on the Trinity River near the 
city of Livingston, in San Jacinto, Polk, Trinity, and Walker counties. 
The project would not occupy any federal lands.
