The establishment of this new program was first announced at the October 26, 2010 NIAID Town Hall Meeting on NIAID’s HIV/AIDS Clinical Trials Networks (see: https:// www.niaid.nih.gov/news/townhall/ Pages/restructuringNIAIDCTN.aspx).
