Notice is hereby given that the deadline for filing protests with regard to the applicant’s request for blanket authorization, under 18 CFR part 34, of future issuances of securities and assumptions of liability, is February 22, 2011. This is a project specific waiver and only applies to the use of the specified products for the ARRA project being proposed.
