AGENCY:
The Federal Communications
Commission published a document in
the Federal Register on January 20,
2011 (76 FR 3633), announcing the
rechartering of its Consumer Advisory
Committee (hereinafter ‘‘the
Committee’’), and further requested
applications for membership on the
Committee. The Notice contained
incorrect and/or omitted dates.
SUMMARY:
Correction
In the Federal Register of January 20,
2011, in FR Doc. 2011–1170, on page
3633, column 2, correct the DATES
caption to read:
DATES: Applications should be received no
later than 11:59 p.m. EST, February 11, 2011.
On page 3633, column 3, correct the
first sentence of the SUPPLEMENTARY
INFORMATION caption to read:
SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The
rechartering of the Committee was
announced by Public Notice dated and
released January 11, 2011.
On page 3634, column 2, paragraph 2,
correct the first sentence to read:
Applications should be received by the
Commission no later than 11:59 p.m., EST,
February 11, 2011.

Notice of termination of
receivership.
ACTION:
Notice is hereby given that the Federal
Deposit Insurance Corporation (‘‘FDIC’’)
as Receiver for Goldome, (‘‘the
Receiver’’) intends to terminate its
receivership for said institution. The
FDIC was appointed receiver of
Goldome on May 31, 1991. The
liquidation of the receivership assets
has been completed. To the extent
permitted by available funds and in
accordance with law, the Receiver will
be making a final dividend payment to
proven creditors.
Based upon the foregoing, the
Receiver has determined that the
continued existence of the receivership
will serve no useful purpose.
Consequently, notice is given that the
receivership shall be terminated, to be
effective no sooner than thirty days after
the date of this Notice. If any person
wishes to comment concerning the
termination of the receivership, such
comment must be made in writing and
sent within thirty days of the date of
this Notice to:

No comments concerning the
termination of this receivership will be
