SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Section
3506 of the Paperwork Reduction Act of
1995 (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35) requires
that the Office of Management and
Budget (OMB) provide interested
Federal agencies and the public an early
opportunity to comment on information
collection requests. The OMB is
particularly interested in comments
which: (1) Evaluate whether the
proposed collection of information is
necessary for the proper performance of
the functions of the agency, including
whether the information will have
practical utility; (2) Evaluate the
accuracy of the agency’s estimate of the
burden of the proposed collection of
information, including the validity of
the methodology and assumptions used;
(3) Enhance the quality, utility, and
clarity of the information to be
collected; and (4) Minimize the burden
of the collection of information on those
who are to respond, including through
the use of appropriate automated,
electronic, mechanical, or other
technological collection techniques or
other forms of information technology.

Hours: 6,030.
Abstract: The current Projects with
Industry Annual Reporting Form
collects data that is used to: (1) Evaluate
the performance of grant recipients with
respect to their compliance with
evaluation standards as required under
section 611(f)(3)(B) of the Rehabilitation
Act of 1973, as amended; (2) determine
whether a grantee’s performance meets
the requirements for continuation
funding as required by section 611(f)(4);
(3) comply with mandated annual
reporting requirements in section
611(a)(5); and (4) evaluate the
performance of the program and its
grantees with respect to measures
established pursuant to the Government
Performance and Results Act and the job
training common measures.

Oak Ridge, welcomes the attendance of
the public at its advisory committee
meetings and will make every effort to
accommodate persons with physical
disabilities or special needs. If you

with the Board either before or after the
