SUMMARY: The contracts listed below have been extended to maximum allowable under 36 CFR 51.23. Under the provisions of current concession contracts and pending the completion of the public solicitation of a prospectus for a new concession contract, the National Park SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Service authorizes continuation of visitor services for a period not-toexceed 1 year under the terms and conditions of the current contract as amended. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Commission instituted this investigation on November 24, 2010 based on a complaint filed by Data Network PO 00000 Frm 00063 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 National Capital Parks—Central. Storage, LLC of Newport Beach, California (‘‘DNS’’). 75 FR 71736 (Nov. 24, 2010). The complaint alleged violations of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1337) in the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain data storage products and components thereof by reason of infringement of claims 1–8 of United States Patent No. 6,098,128. The complaint named several entities as respondents. On December 15, 2010, DNS filed an unopposed motion to terminate the investigation in its entirety based on withdrawal of the complaint. On December 20, 2010, the Commission investigative attorney filed a response in support of the motion to terminate the investigation. On December 22, 2010, the ALJ issued the subject ID (Order No. 9) terminating the investigation. None of the parties petitioned for review of the ID. The Commission has determined not to review the ID. Accordingly, this investigation is terminated. The authority for the Commission’s determination is contained in section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (19 U.S.C. 1337), and in E:\FR\FM\14JAN1.SGM 14JAN1
