Section 6(f)(1) of FIFRA provides that a registrant of a pesticide product may at any time request that any of its pesticide registrations be amended to delete one or more uses. The FIFRA further provides that, before acting on the request, EPA must publish a notice of receipt of any such request in the Federal Register. Thereafter, the Administrator may approve such a request. IV. Procedures for Withdrawal of Request The registrant may choose to withdraw a request for use deletion by submitting the withdrawal in writing to Christopher Green using the methods in ADDRESSES. SUMMARY: Under Section 122(h)(1) of the Comprehensive Environmental 
Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), the United States 
Environmental Protection Agency has entered into a settlement for 
reimbursement of past response costs concerning the Peach Orchard Road 
Groundwater Plume Site located in Augusta, Richmond County, Georgia for 
publication.

DATES: The Agency will consider public comments on the settlement until 
February 11, 2011. The Agency will consider all comments received and 
may modify or withdraw its consent to the settlement if comments 
received disclose facts or considerations which indicate that the 
settlement is inappropriate, improper, or inadequate.
