ONEOK Field Services Company, L.L.C.
(OFS) filed pursuant to a November 23,
2010, Letter Order issued in Docket Nos.
PR10–53–000 and PR10–53–001 which
required OFS to file a revised Statement
of Operating Conditions (SOC) to reflect
the new maximum and minimum rates,
and revised General Terms and
Conditions.
Any person desiring to participate in
this rate filing must file in accordance
with Rules 211 and 214 of the
Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and
385.214). Protests will be considered by
the Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will

blanket authorization, under 18 CFR
part 34, of future issuances of securities
and assumptions of liability.
