acre tract, land held in trust for the Eastern
Band of Cherokee Indians, in Swain County,
in the State of North Carolina, and was
accepted September 29, 2010.

We will place copies of the plats we

available to the public as a matter of
information.
If BLM receives a protest against a
survey, as shown on the plat, prior to
the date of the official filing, we will
stay the filing pending our
consideration of the protest.
We will not officially file the plats
until the day after we have accepted or
dismissed all protests and they have
become final, including decisions on
appeals.

and Notice of Consultation, 75 FR
70680. The Commission announced to
the public a comprehensive review of
all its regulations, sought responses to
many general and specific questions
about its regulations, and announced a
schedule of eight consultation sessions
to take place during January and
February 2011. This notice announces a
minor change to that schedule. Should
any further changes to the consultation
schedule be necessary, the Commission
will announce them in the Federal
Register and on its Web site, https://
www.nigc.gov.
