The transaction is expected to be
consummated on or after December 12,
2010, 30 days after the exemption was
filed. The purpose of the trackage rights
agreement is to facilitate L&I’ s
movement of certain traffic for the
account of the Indiana Rail Road
Company in an efficient and safe
manner.
As a condition to this exemption, any
employees affected by the trackage

to the efforts of institutions to help meet
the credit needs of their communities,
including low- and moderate-income
neighborhoods, consistent with safe and
sound banking practices. OTS uses the
information in the examination process
and in evaluating applications for
mergers, branches, and certain other
corporate activities. Further, the CRA
statute requires the Agencies to issue
regulations to carry out its purposes.

statute requires when an institution is
examined. Additionally, judgments
based on these data are used in
evaluating an institution’s applications
for mergers, branches, and other
corporate activities. The public uses this
information to assess independently the
institution’s CRA performance and to
participate meaningfully in the
application process.

Credit Union Administration,

submit a report to the Congress together
with any recommendations for
legislative or regulatory action, pursuant
