The regulations covered by this information collection package describes, the policies and procedures the agency uses to service most FLP loans to ensure borrowers are meeting the requirements of their loan agreements. Need and Use of the Information: Information requested under this collection is submitted to the office serving the county in which their business is headquartered. The information is used by the agency to consider whether a borrower is in compliance with their loan covenants, assist the borrower in achieving their business goals, conduct day-to-day management of the agency’s loan portfolio, and ensure that the agency’s interests are protected. Failure to collect the information or collecting it less frequently could result in the failure of the farm operation or loss of agency security property or position. AGENCY: ACTION: The Eleven Point Resource Advisory Committee will meet in Winona, Missouri. The committee is meeting as authorized under the Secure Rural Schools and Community SelfDetermination Act (Pub. L. 110–343) and in compliance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act. The purpose of the meeting is to review proposed forest management projects so that recommendations may be made to the Forest Service on which should be funded through Title II of the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self Determination Act of 2000, as amended in 2008. DATES: The meeting will be held Tuesday, December 14th, 2010, 6:30 p.m. SUMMARY: The meeting will be held at the Twin Pines Conservation Education Center located on US Highway 60, Rt 1, Box 1998, Winona, MO.
