The Federal Communications
Commission (FCC) seeks comment on
technical rules for the Fixed-Satellite
Service in the 37.5–42.5 GHz band. The
purpose of this proceeding is to ensure
that satellite operators in this band can
share the band with terrestrial fixed
microwave services without causing
harmful interference.
DATES: Comments are due on or before
January 6, 2011 and reply comments are
due on or before February 7, 2011.
