The final rule inadvertently listed a
fee of $165 for filing an Application for
Travel Document, Form I–131, for a
refugee travel document for an adult age
16 or older. 75 FR at 58987. DHS needs
to correct that portion of the final rule

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
Background
The regulations in 9 CFR part 94
(referred to below as the regulations)
govern the importation into the United
States of specified animals and animal
products in order to prevent the
introduction of various animal diseases,
including rinderpest, foot-and-mouth
disease (FMD), African swine fever
(ASF), classical swine fever (CSF), and
swine vesicular disease (SVD). These
are dangerous and destructive
communicable diseases of swine and
ruminants.
Section 94.1 of the regulations
prohibits, with certain exceptions, the
importation into the United States of
live swine, live ruminants, and products
from these species from regions where
FMD or rinderpest is known to exist.
Rinderpest or FMD exists in all regions
of the world except for certain regions
that are listed as free of rinderpest or
free of both rinderpest and FMD in
§ 94.1. Section 94.11 of the regulations
lists regions of the world that have been
determined to be free of rinderpest and
FMD, but that are subject to certain
restrictions because of their proximity to
or trading relationships with rinderpestor FMD-affected regions. Section 94.8 of
the regulations restricts the importation
into the United States of pork and pork
