The Post-9/11 GI Bill pays tuition and fees charged to eligible individuals up to the highest in-State undergraduate tuition and fees charged by a public institution of higher learning (IHL) in the State where the school is located. The amount of tuition and fees payable will vary based on the location of the IHL and the individual’s eligibility percentage (40%–100%). VA will use the maximum amounts listed below to determine the amounts payable for training pursued under the Post-9/11 GI Bill after July 31, 2010, and before August 1, 2011.
