The Commission announces
the next meeting date and agenda of its
Consumer Advisory Committee
(‘‘Committee’’). The purpose of the
Committee is to make recommendations
to the Commission regarding consumer
issues within the jurisdiction of the
Commission and to facilitate the
participation of all consumers in
proceedings before the Commission.
DATES: The meeting of the Committee
will take place on Wednesday,
November 10, 2010, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at
the Commission’s Headquarters

pilot project aimed at identifying
methods and strategies to improve
federal/state collaboration on consumer

terminated contractor’s negotiation

reimbursed upon settlement of the
terminated contract.
