al. and Replacement-2-A for the sale of power from Southeastern Power 
Administration's Kerr-Philpott System, and under the authority vested 
in the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission by Delegation Order No. 00-
037.00, submitted Rate Schedule VA-1-B et al. and Replacement-2-A for 
confirmation and approval on a final basis, effective October 1, 2010, 
and ending September 30, 2015.
