The IRS uses the information reported on the form to ensure that the credit is correctly computed. Current Actions: There are no changes being made to this form at this time. Type of Review: Extension of a current OMB approval. Affected Public: Business or other forprofit organizations and individuals. Estimated Number of Respondents: 46. Estimated Time per Respondent: 14 hrs. 23 minutes. Estimated Total Annual Burden Hours: 662.
