AGENCY: Department of Defense (DoD).

ACTION: Notice of availability; request for comments.

SUMMARY: The Department of Defense (DoD) announces the availability of 
the Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) as part of the 
environmental planning process for a Campus Development Project at Fort
