record is the Rapid Re-Housing for
Homeless Families Data (RRHFD) Files.
The records system will be used by
HUD’s Office of Policy Development
and Research (PD&R) to evaluate the
effectiveness of the RRHFD Program,
which is a demonstration program that
was authorized by Congress in the
Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2008
(Pub. L. 110–161). Refer to the
