Timeframe for Recruitment and
Applications
Mission recruitment will be
conducted in an open and public
manner, including publication in the
Federal Register, posting on the
Commerce Department trade mission
calendar (https://www.ita.doc.gov/
doctm/tmcal.html) and other Internet
web sites, press releases to general and
trade media, direct mail, notices by
industry trade associations and other
multiplier groups, and publicity at
industry meetings, symposia,
conferences, and trade shows.
Recruitment for the mission will begin
immediately and conclude no later than
February 18, 2011. We will inform
applicants of selection decision as soon
as possible after February 18, 2011.
Applications received after that date
will be considered only if space and
scheduling constraints permit.

AGENCY:
In accordance with 5 U.S.C.
4314(c)(4), NOAA announces the
appointment of members who will serve
on the NOAA Performance Review
Board (PRB). The NOAA PRB is
responsible for reviewing performance
appraisals and ratings of Senior
Executive Service and Senior
Professional members and making
written recommendations to the
appointing authority on retention and
compensation matters, including
performance-based pay adjustments,
awarding of bonuses and reviewing
recommendations for potential
Presidential Rank Award nominees. The
appointment of members to the NOAA
PRB will be for a period of 12 months.
DATES: Effective Date: The effective date
of service of the three new appointees
to the NOAA Performance Review
Board is September 30, 2010.

AGENCY:
Pursuant to Section 251 of the Trade
Act of 1974, as amended (19 U.S.C. 2341
et seq.), the Economic Development
Administration (EDA) has received
petitions for certification of eligibility to
apply for Trade Adjustment Assistance
from the firms listed below.
Accordingly, EDA has initiated
investigations to determine whether
increased imports into the United States
of articles like or directly competitive
with those produced by each of these
firms contributed importantly to the
total or partial separation of the firm’s
workers, or threat thereof, and to a
decrease in sales or production of each
petitioning firm.
