Take notice that on September 3, 2010, Cameron LNG, LLC (Cameron), 101 Ash Street, San Diego, California 92101, filed a petition to amend the authorizations issued September 11, 2003, in Docket No. CP02–378–000 under section 3 of the Natural Gas Act operate its existing liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal facility located in Cameron Parish, Louisiana, for the additional purpose of exporting foreignsourced LNG. If a Notice of Schedule for Environmental Review is issued, it will indicate, among other milestones, the anticipated date for the Commission staff’s issuance of the final environmental impact statement (FEIS) or EA for this proposal.
