employees from the Blockson Chemical
Company in Joliet, Illinois, as an
addition to the Special Exposure Cohort
(SEC) under the Energy Employees
Occupational Illness Compensation
Program Act of 2000. On September 3,
2010, the Secretary of HHS designated
the following class of employees as an
addition to the SEC:

decision by HHS to add the class to the
SEC.

Department of Health and Human

that the Presidential Advisory Council
on HIV/AIDS (PACHA) will hold a
meeting. The meeting will be open to
