National Drinking Water Advisory Council's Climate Ready Water Utilities Working Group Meeting Announcement, 54871 [2010-22463]

Download as PDF Federal Register / Vol. 75, No. 174 / Thursday, September 9, 2010 / Notices startup costs, and $136,000 in operation and maintenance (O&M) costs. Changes in the Estimates: There is no change in the number of affected facilities as compared to the previous ICR. There is a change in the number of responses which is due to a more accurate accounting. However, there is a small decrease in the estimated labor burden hours, as currently identified in the OMB Inventory of approved Burdens. The decrease is not due to any program changes. The change in the labor burden hours occurred because the previous ICR rounded their calculations, and this renewal did not. There is an increase in the cost estimates as compared to the previous ICR. The change in the cost estimates was caused by the updated labor rates, which resulted in an increase in the labor costs.
