SUMMARY: The West Virginia Resource Advisory Committee will meet in 
Elkins, West Virginia. The committee is meeting as authorized under the 
Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act (Pub. L. 110-
343) and in compliance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act. This 
will be the second meeting of the committee. The purpose of the meeting 
will be to discuss potential projects for recommendation to the Forest 
Supervisor as the Designated Federal Official (DFO).

DATES: The meeting will be held on September 22, 2010, and will begin 
at 10 a.m.
