Take notice that on August 25, 2010, Kinder Morgan Interstate Gas Transmission, LLC (Kinder Morgan), 370 Van Gordon Street, Lakewood, Colorado 80228–8304 filed in Docket No. CP10–491–000, a prior notice request pursuant to sections 157.205 and 157.216 of the Commission’s regulations under the Natural Gas Act (NGA). Kinder Morgan seeks authorization to abandon its Sand Draw Compressor Station located in Fremont County, Wyoming. Kinder Morgan proposes to perform these activities under its blanket certificate originally issued in Docket Nos. CP83–140–000 and CP83–140–001 [22 FERC ¶ 62,330 (1983)], all as more fully set forth in the application which is on file with the Commission and open to public inspection. Specifically, the facilities at issue are one 500 horsepower Ajax DPC–540 compressor unit and one 460 horsepower Cooper Bessemer GMXE–6 compressor unit, with appurtenances, located in Section 10, Township 32 North, Range 95 West, Fremont County, Wyoming. In addition, Kinder Morgan intends to abandon station piping, buildings, a storage tank, valves, check meter, and other auxiliary equipment.
